HOUSE RULES FOR FIT
To ensure your comfort and safety while in the Resort, please take note of the following:
A. RESIDENCE REGULATIONS
1. The number of guests in each room must not exceed the allowable maximum occupancy. Please register all guests upon check-in and kindly present your ID card/passport with a valid entry Visa.
2. Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
3. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability, with applicable surcharge:
• Early check-in:
Before 10:00: 100% of the public rate
After 10:00: 50 % of the public rate
• Late check-out:
Before 18:00: 50% of the public rate
After 18:00: 100% of the public rate
B. FIRE AND SAFETY REGULATIONS
1. All our rooms are strictly non-smoking. For your convenience, smoking is permitted in designated areas around the Resort. A cleaning fee of VND 4,000,000 will be applied per infraction.
2. In case of fire, press the emergency button immediately and follow the evacuation instructions.
3. Bringing of kitchen equipment from outside is strictly prohibited. A penalty fee of VND 5,000,000 shall be imposed for any violation.
4. The kettle in the room is strictly for boiling water and not for cooking other liquids or food. A penalty of VND 5,000,000 shall be imposed for any violation.
5. Negligent use of room equipment resulting in fire alarm activation will incur a penalty fee of VND 5,000,000 per incident.
Additional charges will include actual repair costs plus a 25% surcharge on total repairs.
6. Activating emergency buttons or the FM200 fire system, whether accidentally or intentionally, when no emergency exists will incur a penalty fee of VND 5,000,000 per incident. Additional charges will include any repair costs plus a 25% surcharge on total repairs.
C. OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY
As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and ensuring the safety of all our guests, the resort does not allow outside food and beverages to be delivered by third-party suppliers (shippers) to the property. A penalty fee of VND 1,500,000 will apply for violations. Additionally, a cleaning fee of VND 5,000,000 will be charged for bringing in strong-smelling foods (such as durian or shrimp paste), uncooked items (including meats and seafood), or any items that may stain furniture or linens.
We provide a range of dining outlets and room service options to cater to various tastes and preferences, with our culinary team committed to delivering a diverse array of cuisines while accommodating dietary needs and preferences.
Our staff members are trained to enforce this policy respectfully and consistently. Guests found in violation will be politely asked to dispose of any food and beverages that have been delivered from outside.
D. PUBLIC SECURITY REGULATIONS
1.The resort is responsible only for cash and valuables stored in the safety deposit boxes at Reception.
2. A safety deposit box is provided in the wardrobe of the master bedroom in each suite and villa. Please secure all cash and valuables in your in-room safe.
3. A surcharge of VND 200,000 will apply for each missing or damaged wristband.
4. Weapons, chemicals, and explosives are strictly prohibited within the Resort in compliance with Vietnamese laws.
5. The following activities are strictly prohibited on Resort premises: gambling, prostitution, possession or use of illegal drugs/substances, and physical altercations or violent behavior. Any violation will result in an immediate penalty fee of VND10,000,000 per offense. Guests are expected to fully comply with Vietnamese laws throughout their stay at the Resort.
6. Proper decorum is encouraged – priority is given to pregnant women, people with disabilities, and the elderly. Remain respectful towards others guests and refrain from making unnecessary noise. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while in the public areas.
7. Kindly use the drying rack for hanging wet clothes and towels in your balcony area. A penalty fee of VND 500,000 shall be imposed for every offense.
8. Pets are not allowed within the Resort, a penalty fee of VND 5,000,000 shall be imposed for every offense.
9. The use of karaoke equipment is not permitted anywhere in the Resort. A penalty fee of VND 5,000,000 shall be imposed for every offense. To ensure a quiet space for all guests, please keep room doors closed at all times, and keep your voice, the television, and music at a minimum in the room and corridors. Any reported noise after 22:00 shall be imposed a VND 5,000,000 fee.
10. Guests must strictly adhere to Resort parking regulations and follow safety regulations when using the buggy and/or driving private vehicles within the Resort.
11. Kindly observe the operating time, as well as regulations when using the swimming pool, the beach area and water park facilities (operating times may change depending on the weather and/or the season). Resort will not take responsibility for any risks or dangers that may occur after operating times when there is no lifeguard on duty. Additionally, children must be supervised by their parents or a responsible adult while bathing or playing in the pool area.
12. BBQ grills for private use are not allowed anywhere in the Resort (in-room and any public area). A penalty of VND 5,000,000 will be applied for any violation.
13. Guests are kindly reminded that conducting any business activities, such as distributing flyers, or spreading information at the Resort is strictly prohibited. Those found in violation of this policy will be subject to a penalty of VND 10,000,000 for every offense. It is important to note that any such actions may also result in legal consequences under Vietnamese law, for which guests will be solely responsible. In addition, any complaints filed by other guests at the resort as a result of said activities will also need to be compensated accordingly.
14. Please maintain the room in a clean and orderly condition, disposing all waste in the provided dustbins. If excessive cleaning is required to restore the room to our 5-star standard, an additional cleaning fee between VND 1,000,000 and VND 5,000,000 will be charged upon check-out.
15. Repairs due to the improper use or willful destruction of any Resort property will be chargeable to guest, as follows: cost of repair plus a 25% surcharge.
16. For any situation that is not covered by the aforementioned guidelines and impacts other guests or general operation of the resort, a penalty fee of VND 5,000,000 – VND 10,000,000 will be enforced for each instance. Furthermore, guests are obligated to take full responsibility for any such incidents, adhere to Vietnamese law, and compensate other resort guests for any inconveniences, if required.
17. Management reserves the right to compel guests who intentionally ignore and violate the Resort rules and regulations to leave the property. No refunds will be extended.
18. Above regulations may be changed by Resort Management from time to time, as it deems appropriate.
E. RESORT POLICY ON USE OF DRONES
At Alma, we strive to create a peaceful and safe environment for all our guests. To help maintain this atmosphere, drone use is prohibited, except for special, authorized events. This helps us ensure everyone can enjoy their stay without concerns about privacy or safety. When drones are part of an authorized event, we ensure that they are used responsibly and only in designated areas during specific times.
We take the safety and privacy of our guests and staff seriously, and this policy is our way of protecting these important rights. And we also request guests to obey the Vietnam Law relevant to the drone/fly cam policy. Those who do not adhere to this policy may be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to physical personal injury, property damage, damages for violation of privacy, regulatory fines, legal obligations and legal fees.
Resort staff are authorized to enforce this policy and may request the immediate stop of any unauthorized Drone operations.
The Resort reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time to ensure the continued safety and privacy of our
guests and staff.
